Initial Consultation
The 30 minute initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss questions that you have about your child’s skills or behaviors of concern. Learn more about how our process can work for your child’s specific strengths and challenges, and determine if we are the best fit for your family.
What to expect
Discuss Priorities: Learn how our services can support you and your child. Share valuable insight to help us prepare your individualized assessment experience.
Enhance your current ABA experience: If you are currently receiving ABA services, learn how you can benefit from additional support.
No Commitment Required: Choose to move forward with services or not. There is no obligation.
Pricing
$65 for initial consultation. We do accept HSA, but for the time being do not accept insurance payment.
Assessment & Treatment Plan
The 60 minute assessment addresses the following areas and more: communication, social interaction, self-help skills, and any behaviors of concern. Post-assessment, your treatment plan will be created, and we will meet within 1-2 weeks of the assessment for a 60 minute review session to discuss all components of the treatment plan.
What to expect
Complete a focused assessment: Questions are derived from evidence-based tools such as the Functional Assessment Screening Tool and the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Skills.
We will create your treatment plan: The assessment results help us to design and prioritize treatment goals.
Meet to review: All goals will be shared and discussed. Begin working through your child’s treatment plan immediately.

$620 for assessment and treatment plan package. We do accept HSA, but for the time being do not accept insurance payment.
Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes in length and provide a platform to review treatment goals and discuss barriers and successes.
What to expect
Discuss challenges and victories: We’ll review progress together and troubleshoot any difficulties.
Bring your questions: This is an open space for Q&A.
Practice with live assistance: Work through goals with your child and receive immediate feedback and coaching.
Receive education and training: Review specific training topics catered to your child’s unique program.
